Who are we?
Vortek Environmental Solutions trading as Big Brand Bargains is an Authorised Karcher and Pilgrim Golf Dealer and Service Centre. We sell and service Karcher Domestic and Commercial Machines, Pilgrim Golf and Carnegie Clarke Golf products.
Big Brand Bargains was established in 2003 to refurbish the Karcher Factory Seconds machines. This venture proved so successful that Karcher appointed Big Brand Bargains as an Authorized Key Karcher Dealer. New emphasis on our environment - especially with water shortages and restrictions - resulted in business growth in environmentally sensitive products via "Vortek". In addition, we are leading Pilgrim Golf etailers and service parts stockist.
We have a representative range of products in stock at all times. We have full service facilities for warranty and regular service work, and we carry a comprehensive range of spare parts and accessories. If we do not have an item in stock, we can usually source it within 24 hours.
Our technicians are factory trained qualified trades persons, and we have a qualified engineer as a member of our staff. Our goal is to deliver superior and innovative customer service both pre and post sales, so our customers realize the full value of their investments in these leading brands' products and accessories.
